These terms cover the use of this guide site. They are not a contract of sale, a warranty, or a certification of any product. The privacy policy and the cookie policy sit beside them.

Guides
The guides are general practical notes. They are not a substitute for the instructions of the part in your hand, and they are not a promise that a part will fit a named cistern. Thread sizes described for a country are about what shops in that country commonly sell. They are not the thread of a product line of ours.
A repair can leak or crack a part if a joint is forced. Shut the water off before you open a joint. If you are unsure, use a plumber.
No certification claim
We do not state that any part on this site holds a drinking-water approval, a plumbing listing, or any other seal. If a market needs a document, ask and we will say what we can actually send. Until that is confirmed for a given part, assume nothing.
Distributor inquiries
