Privacy policy
How this cistern guide site handles information. Advertising scripts are not loaded.
This notice explains how this guide site handles information. It is not a certification, a seal, or a claim that a regulator has approved the site. Advertising and analytics scripts are not loaded. The distributor form emails the inquiry mailbox. We reply by email.
Site domain: https://tank.yanhj93.vip
Operator: The operator is expected to be in Xiamen, China. The legal name is confirmed on request.
Privacy contact: A privacy email address is confirmed on request. It is not listed on this page.
An EU or UK representative has not been appointed.
The cookie policy describes cookies. The terms describe how the guides and the inquiry form may be used.
What the site does today
The pages are static files. Reading a guide does not ask you to create an account.
The distributor form sends name, company, email, country or region, part group, and message to the inquiry mailbox through FormSubmit. We reply by email.
No Google AdSense script, no Google Analytics script, and no Cloudflare Web Analytics script is loaded.
A short note at the bottom of the page can be closed. The browser then keeps a local flag so the note stays hidden. That flag is not a cookie and it is not a record that you accepted advertising.
Data we expect to handle
| Data | When |
|---|---|
| Name, company, email, country or region, part group, message | When you submit the distributor inquiry |
| Technical data such as IP address, browser type, and the page requested | When a host or a network provider delivers the page, including Cloudflare |
| Cookie and advertising identifiers | Only after advertising or analytics is switched on, and only where the choice required by law has been given |
| The local flag that hides the note | When you close the note in that browser |
We do not ask for payment card numbers. We do not run a shop on these pages. We do not buy marketing lists.
Why we would use it
- To publish the guides and keep the site available.
- To answer a distributor who asks about fill valves, flush valves, or repair kits.
- To measure readership, if we later turn on analytics.
- To show ads, if we later turn on Google AdSense, and to limit fraud on those ads.
- To protect the site against abuse and to fix faults.
We do not sell personal information.
Legal bases
For people in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the bases we expect to use are:
- Legitimate interests, for serving the pages, keeping basic security logs, and answering a business inquiry that someone chose to send. You can object where the law gives you that right.
- Steps before a contract, for a wholesale conversation that the form is meant to start.
- Consent, for advertising cookies and for analytics cookies where consent is required, including in the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. Consent can be withdrawn. The consent tool is not installed yet, so those cookies are not set.
- Legal obligation, if a law later requires us to keep a record.
In Brazil, the LGPD uses similar ideas: a contract or steps toward one, legitimate interest, consent, and legal duty. We will not rely on consent for ads until a consent tool is in place.
Other countries in Latin America use their own tests. The rights section below names the main ones. We do not treat this page as a registration with any of those authorities.
Cookies and similar tools
Details are in the cookie policy.
Google’s description of advertising and measurement on sites that use its services is here: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
Other companies
| Company | Role we expect | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Delivers the site. May process IP addresses and request data. Cloudflare Web Analytics is a possible later tool and is designed not to use cookies. | Hosting is in use for the preview. Web Analytics is not enabled. |
| AdSense for ads, and possibly Google Analytics 4 for measurement. | No ad or analytics script is loaded. | |
| FormSubmit | Receives the distributor inquiry and emails it to the inquiry mailbox. | In use on the distributor form. |
We have not published data-processing terms with those companies on this page. Those terms have to be in place before ads or analytics go live.
How long we keep it
Inquiry messages are kept only while needed to answer and to keep a record of the conversation. A fixed retention period is not set.
Security logs kept by the host follow that host’s own schedule. We do not run a separate visitor database.
Transfers out of your country
The operator, once named, is expected to be in China. Cloudflare and Google can process data in the United States and in other countries.
For people in the EEA or the UK, a transfer needs a lawful tool, such as standard contractual clauses used by the provider. Advertising and analytics are not switched on. The distributor form sends the inquiry through FormSubmit.
People in Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Colombia, and Chile may have their own limits on sending data abroad. We will follow the rule that applies to the transfer we actually make, and we will not describe a transfer as authorized before the tool exists.
Your rights
You can ask us, once a contact email exists, and you can also go to your own authority. What you can ask depends on where you live.
- EEA and UK (GDPR and UK GDPR): access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and a copy you can take to another service. You can withdraw consent. You can complain to the authority in your country, or to the ICO in the UK. We have not appointed an EU or UK representative.
- Brazil (LGPD): confirmation that we process data, access, correction, anonymization, blocking or deletion, information about sharing, a portable copy, and withdrawal of consent. Complaints can go to the ANPD.
- Mexico (LFPDPPP): the ARCO rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and opposition, under the federal personal-data law for the private sector.
- Argentina (Law 25.326): access, rectification, and deletion or confidential treatment. The agency is the AAIP.
- Colombia (Law 1581 of 2012): to know, update, and correct your data, and to ask for deletion when the duty to keep it has ended. Complaints can go to the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce.
- Chile: Law 19.628 is the current general statute on private life. Law 21.719 is the newer personal-data law and will matter when it is in force. Rights include access, correction, deletion, and objection, as that law provides at the time you ask.
This list is an explanation, not a registration and not a seal.
Children
The guides are written for adults who repair or sell cistern parts. We do not aim the site at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If a parent or guardian writes to the privacy contact and tells us we have done so, we will delete what we hold.
How to use these rights
A privacy email address is confirmed on request. Say which right you want to use and which country you are writing from. Use that contact for privacy requests. The distributor form is for trade inquiries.
A request is free in the ordinary case. If a law allows a fee for a repeated or unfounded request, we will say so before charging anything. We may ask you to confirm that you are the person the data is about.
Changes
We will update this page when the operator, the contact email, or the tools change.
